I enjoy facilitating training materials as much as I do creating them.

I have taught in classroom settings and via webinar and virtual meetings and I find that my style comes across in each medium.

I begin each session by welcoming learners. In classroom settings, I ask learners to share what they are struggling with or hoping to learn so that I can get a sense of where the learners are in terms of their prerequisite understanding.

With virtual trainings, I build time into the course for mid-way questions and a post-presentation Q & A. I build interactive exercises into the course so learners can get their hands dirty after the presentation. This promotes learning and muscle memory so that when they leave the classroom they will remember having tried it in the training session.
