A little about me:
As an ID, I specialize in creating training assets that engage and encourage the learner to participate in their own learning. It is my belief that if they are entertained and interacting with the content, they will be able to retain more information. Adults are busy and their minds are often at capacity for absorbing new information, however with a light instructional method and engaging visuals, we as trainers have a better chance at getting through to our learners if we can make training relevant and rewarding.
